HOW TO ORDER?
01. Design Submissions
IT'S EASY PEASY!!!
All we require are your designs & fabric choice.
Submit your designs by sending us image screenshots & alteration notes (if there is), weblinks, original sample, or fully-fledged tech packs.

Once we received your information, we will send you the price estimate.
02. Sample Development
After the price estimate is accepted, we will send you an invoice for the sampling.
And before we start on the samples, we will discuss with you if there's anything unclear.
Sample cost is X2 of the estimated price + USD $15.00 per style for pattern fee.
The sampling timeline will take 21 working days (Sat & Sun and any Bali & Indonesian Red Days we are closed) - see our calendar
03. Bulk Production
Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence the bulk production after we received your approved samples back to us (except if the style(s) from our "ready to-roll" designs) and the 50% downpayment.
04. Quality Control
When the bulk production is ready to be checked, our quality control team will check the garments to ensure there are no issues. We do 3 levels of quality control: size check, blemishes & stains check & seams check.
The garments will be individually packed with our standard Eco-friendly packaging made from Cassava starch and will be sealed in cartons, to be ready for the shipping process.
05. Shipping
In the final part where we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for the shipping of your products to your doorstep.
This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
