  • Shipping
    Every order is made to order. We package your order with great care before shipping your items. Once your order has shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/message with your tracking number.
  • Information Collection
    In order to provide a better service to you, we may collect and process the following data about you: 1. Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.made-inbali.com (“our site“). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information at other times, for example in connection with a promotion or when you report a problem with our site. 2. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence; we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. 3. Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders 4. Details of your visits to our site and the resources that you access. We only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary. Data may be archived as long as the purpose for which the data was used still exists.
  • Where are you based?
    Made in Bali is based in Bali, Island of Gods, Indonesia.
  • Quotation
    1. All prices are quoted based on per unit cost. 2. Prices quoted includes the cost of selected fabric, standard accessories & trims, cut and sew of garments, pre-shrunk wash, and eco friendly cassava poly bag packaging and standard wash care labels (heat transfer label dimension max. 5cm x 5cm) 3. A final quotation for each design will be given after the final sample is completed/approved. 4. The final quotation is valid for 30 days. Quotation is not inclusive of any custom brand labels & tags, custom packaging, shipping charges, duties and any other taxes.

    It's easy peasy! We only require two things, your designs & and which fabric.

    Our MOQ is 100pcs (max. 4 styles - min. 2pcs per size per color)
  • Shipment Methods
    We offer different airfreight options to suit your budget or requirement. We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, TNT to ship your orders by air freight. And we also offer sea freight options to certain countries. Do note that delivery time varies by delivery methods & location and ocean freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
  • Uses Made of The Information
    The purposes for which information may be used by us inside and outside Indonesia include: 1. Ensuring that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer 2. Providing you with alerts, newsletter, education materials or information that you requested or signed up to 3. Carrying out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us 4. Allowing you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so 5. Designing and conducting surveys/questionnaires for client profiling/segmentation, statistical analysis, improving and furthering the provision our products and services 6. Complying with laws and regulations applicable to us or any of our affiliates inside or outside Indonesia 7. Legal proceedings, including collecting overdue amounts and seeking professional advices 8. Researching, designing and launching services or products including seminars/events/forums We intend to use your data in direct marketing and we require your consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose. In this connection, please note that: 1. Your name, contact details (including address, contact number, email address), products and services information, transaction pattern and behavior, background and demographic data held by us from time to time may be used by us in direct marketing 2. The following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed in direct marketing: services and products related to our site and/or our affiliates (including marketing affiliates programs we are a part of); reward, loyalty or privileges programmes, promotional offers and related services; and invitations to events such as seminars/webinars/tele-seminars, conferences, live programs or events. We may conduct direct marketing via fax, email, direct mail, telephone and other means of communication or send e-newsletters to you. You may choose not to receive promotional materials, by simply telling us (see below for contact details), and we will cease to do so, without charge.
  • Security
    1. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. 2. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk and you agree not to hold us responsible for any breach of security while accessing the Internet that is out of our control. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Sampling Charges
    1. Garment sample charges x2 the estimates price + USD $15 for pattern fee. 2. Garment sample charges consist of consultation and pattern making 3. Garment sample charges are also inclusive of 1 round of alterations/resamples of garments only. 4. Do note that there will be resampled charges for printing, lab dip (dyeing), crochet and knitting and it will be charged at the first sample cost. 5. Additional rounds of garment resamples after the 1st resample (revision) will be chargeable at 1x of the estimated price. 6. Sampling charges are non refundable 7. Samples for print and lab dip (dyeing) are a separate charge from the garment sample charges. 8. For resample of print and lab dip (dyeing) due to no fault of Made in Bali, do note that the sample charges will be billed again. 9. Pre-production and salesman samples can be provided and will be taken from the quantity of the bulk. 10. We require all the approved samples to be sent back to our factory before we start production as the reference.
  • How Much Do Samples Cost?
    Sample cost is X2 of the estimated price + USD $15.00 per style for pattern fee (not inc. shipping cost)

  • Third Party Website(s)
    Our website may contain links to other sites (the “Linked Sites“). We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of such other Linked Sites. We encourage our users to be aware when leaving our website to read the privacy policies or statements of each Linked Site that collects your personal data. You agree to waive any claim against us with respect to the Linked Sites.
  • Custom Taxes
    Please note that there may be import tax charged by certain countries customs office. Made in Bali is not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed in customs and we are not able to refund such orders. In this case, we advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any custom clearance issues. Order may be delayed due to missing information or peak holiday seasons. In this cases, we will contact you via email to resolve any outstanding issues as quickly as possible.
  • What Are Your Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ's)?
    Our minimum order quantities start from 100 pieces per order. You can order a maximum of 4 designs within the 100 pieces with minimum 2pcs/size/color. For custom hardware, fabrics, trims, dyeing, printing, embroidery, different MOQs may apply. Please kindly enquire for more details.
  • Shipping / Courier Fees / Duties and Taxes / Force Majeure
    1. Courier fees of shipping samples, fabric, trims or any other required accessories to and from our factory to the end client would be borne solely by the Client. Clients can provide us with their respective shipping accounts or we will use the cheapest provider for shipping unless there is a special request. 2. Custom taxes and duties might be charged on samples shipments going to your destinatio. Please note that the Client will be required to bear for the cost of these taxes and duties. 3. Shipments can be arranged either by the Client or us. If it’s required to ship by sea freight, please let us know in advance. 4. For shipping, we do not buy insurance by default. For instances where shipments are missing or are stuck in your destination country customs, Made in Bali is not liable for any losses after the goods have been handed over to the shipper. Please kindly arrange for purchase of insurance based on your cargo invoice value to insure your goods against such force majeure occurrences.
  • Changes to Our Privacy Policy
    Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates.
  • How Long Does The Process Take From Design To Delivery?
    From design to delivery, the whole process usually takes about 2.5 months. Sample development lead-time: 14 working days from the payment of the sample development charges and when all the details are confirmed. Bulk production lead-time: 1- 2 months from the date we received the approved sample back, the approved spec sheets, payment of deposit, purchase order, fabric and accessories in order unless otherwise stated.
  • Quality Acceptance Levels
    1. Please note that there will be a tolerance acceptance level of +/- 3% (or as written on the spec sheets) for each measurement point for both sample and final production pieces. The maximum tolerance error margin for an entire circumference is deemed at 1-2cm (depends on garment and fabric type) and any production garment falling within this tolerance margin will pass our quality control check for measurements and the Client has to accept the final production garments. 2. There might be some instances when wholesale fabrics are not purchased in full roll quantities, there might be some colour tone difference. Made in Bali will not be liable for these errors in anyway whatsoever for these colour tones differences. 3. When using different stock fabrics or dying fabrics in small batches simultaneously, it’s expected to have some colour or tonal differences from the pantone colour swatches. As it’s not an uncommon occurrence in the dyeing process, it will not be considered a flaw or defect during sampling or QC. 4. For fabric/trims/accessories provided by the Client, we will not take any responsibility for any damages caused during the transit of shipment to our factory. If we found any problems during the processing, we will inform you in advance. However there might be instances where less noticeable errors might be hard to spot and in such instances, Made in Bali shall not be liable for such issues.
  • Insurance
    Shipments are not insured by default. For instances where shipment are missing or are stuck in your destination country customs, Made in Bali is not liable for any losses after the goods have been handed over to the shipper. We advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any lost or damaged shipment issues.
  • What Fabrics Do You Have?
    We have a library full of fabrics from nylon, polyester, cotton, linen, rayon, viscose, bamboo, hemp, silk, lace and many others with sustainable options. As part of the services for custom order, we offer to source locally for the fabrics should you have a particular fabric in mind that is not available in our library.
  • Payment Terms
    1. Samples charges are to be paid 100% upfront. 2. For bulk production, deposit payment of 50% of the total order value is required upfront to purchase raw materials required for the production of your order. 3. The final payment of the balance based on the total output of the order is required to be paid in full before the goods are shipped out. 4. Any bank / payment transaction fees on both sender and receiver’s end are to be borne by the Client. 5. There is a 5% extra charge for payments made via Paypal 6. Payment methods: Cash, Bank transfer, Paypal. 7. There will be no cancellation of order once payment has been made. 8. All outstanding payments must be made in full before any new orders for samples or production will be accepted. 9. All quotes and charges stated in this agreement are denominated in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Should you request the quotes in your currency, please let us know.
  • How Do I Select My Fabrics?

  • Timelines
    1. Sample leadtime: 14 working days once all design, order information and fabric selection is provided. 2. If there is custom print/dye required for samples, the lead-time for completing the garment sample is up to 21-28 working days. 3. Revise sample lead-time: 14 working days from receiving the approved changes and confirmation of the details. 4. Bulk production lead-time: 21-30 working days from the date we received the confirmed order details and the deposit in our account unless otherwise stated. 5. For designs that require custom prints/dyes, the bulk production lead-time will be from 30-45 working days. 6. Do note that as we are ordering fabric from different suppliers, the lead-time for delivery of the fabric to our factory may differ. 7. Delivery dates does not include the leadtime of shipping to your final destination. 8. We endeavor to complete all production projects within the stipulated timelines but as the sourcing and production process involves many different entities, there might be instances of delay in cases where there is heavy customization involved. 9. Timelines for sample starts from the date when we receive payment for all samples and all clear information. 10. Timelines for bulk production starts from the date when we receive down payment for the bulk production, the approved samples, trims and accessories are received by us. 11. In instances where there are more than 1 resamples, pre-production, photo-shoot samples required, do kindly note that the overall timeline will be increased by 14-21 working days for each round of resamples.
  • Product Returns Terms & Conditions
    As we sell the goods Ex-Works (EXW) price, we do not take any responsabilities after the goods leaving our factory. We will suggest you to use third party to do the final Quality Contol (QC) to make sure the goods are ready to go.
  • Customised Hardware / Garment Accessories / Packaging Services
    At Made in Bali, we offer the possibility to have your own customised hardware, labels, garment accessories and packaging to create a fully branded product.
  • Return of the Approved Samples
    We require all approved samples to be sent back to our factory to ensure that the production will follow the approved samples exactly and to prevent any miscommunication. The cost of shipping the samples will be borne by the customers.
  • Changes to Terms & Conditions
    Made in Bali reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time.
  • Shipping Options
    We provide both air and sea freight services via our various shipping partners. Custom taxes and duties might be charged on shipments going to your destination*. *Custom Taxes & Duties – Please note that the customer will be required to bear for the cost of these taxes and duties.
  • Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
    Do note that the acceptance of our quotes and invoices also constitutes to the agreement of the above stated terms and conditions.
  • Export Clearance
    All shipments handled by Made In Bali will have their export permits and custom documentation done and these charges are included in the production cost. If you wish to make your own shipping arrangements, please note that Made In Bali will base the order on an Ex Factory Price basis and Made In Bali shall not be responsible for the export clearance of the goods to your destination.
  • Can You Ship To My Country?

  • Payment Method
    We accept payment via cash, International bank transfer, and PayPal. Our preferred payment provider for international payment is Transferwise or Xoom as they offer a better exchange rate than banks.
  • Terms of Payment
    1. Sample stage -100% upfront. It's not including shipping cost, incase our clients want to use their courier account. 2. Downpayment for bulk production – after samples are approved, we require 50% payment to start on the bulk production. 3. Balance payment for bulk production – after bulk production is completed, we will require the balance 50% + shipping charges to be paid (if the client doesn't have courier account).

  • How Many Colours Can I Use On My Artwork?
    We can print up to 4 colours for screen printing* and any artworks that have more than 4 colours will be printed using Direct To Garment print method as it’s more cost-effective and have better print results. *Screen printing only for natural fabric
  • What Type of File You Require for Print?
    High resolution file min. 300dpi. Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Adobe Photoshop (.PSD), or Vector (.EPS) find out more here for artwork requirement.
